Philosophy

As a coach and consultant the joint development of new ways and solutions is important to me as well as introducing different perspectives, looking at various influencing factors and also considering interdependencies of issues. The work principles and methods are aimed at unfolding people’s untapped resources and potential. Changes are expressed in a change of thinking, feeling and acting. The personal know-how and experience is used in a responsible and targeted-oriented way. My approach is characterized by appreciation, respect, empathy, clarity and authenticity.

Consultation

A professional consultancy service including the encouragement of exploring new ways or the process of change is provided to organisations, teams and individuals. My variety of approaches and methods are value-oriented and based on diverse experiences. In that way challenging situations and are being steered in a positive, clarifying direction. These are keys to evolving and forming something New.

Training

Support is provided for professionals and managers by communication-, personal development and leadership training in English and German. Individual and professional assessments, strategy- and team development are part of reflecting and further developing communication competence, personal and professional personality. It also includes adapting training concepts to customer and client requirements.

Change

Support and assistance is provided for profit and non-for-profit organisations in processes of change, for example for the development and introduction of mission statements, for the improvement of collaboration between departments/divisions and teams/team members and also for the establishment of structures and processes. Providing tools, methods and training to implement and evaluate change, facilitating meetings and workshops are part of the spectrum of my work.

Setting

The first interview (personally, via phone or Skype) is aimed to get to know each other and to clarify whether and/or with what aim a Coaching, a Consultation or a Collaboration can take place. Contractual terms and conditions and fees are agreed in the personal dialogue. The inquiry and the collaboration is subject to professional discretion and will of course be treated completely confidential. I also network with a group of experts for specific projects within change processes, team- and personal development.

Professional background

As a coach, facilitator and trainer I have gained years of experience and know-how in change management, team development, communication training as well as a counsellor in crisis intervention, parental matters and custodial care. I could also acquire my knowledge in various functions within Human Resources in recruitment, Learning and Development and in HR-Management in Germany and United Kingdom.
